Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do with the SlashPeak Service. It's incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference — a violation of this policy is a violation of the Terms.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Access, scan, or analyze a BigQuery project (or any other connected data source) you are not authorized to access.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls, including row-level tenant isolation.
- Attempt to extract Cognis's underlying prompts, rules, or model configuration, or use it to generate content unrelated to your own account's data.
- Share a single seat or login across more people than your plan permits in order to circumvent per-seat pricing.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law, including data-protection and export-control law.
4. Cognis AI DBA specific rules
If you enable the AI DBA, you agree to grant its operator key only the permission groups you intend to use, to keep its policy scoped to actions you're prepared to have applied automatically, and not to use it to make changes outside the datasets or projects you intend it to manage.
5. Consequences of violation
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for a violation of this policy, particularly where continued access poses a security or legal risk.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or a security concern to [email protected].
